AHUA on behalf of College Sport Auckland are seeking to appoint a number of Umpire Programme Leaders to lead umpire development at secondary schools across Auckland.

These roles, which are reimbursed (contract/fixed rate) are primarily to

• establish and operate a ‘umpire coaching’ programme
• run learn to umpires courses
• mentor umpires on a bi-weekly basis
• assist with recruitment of umpires

It’s estimated that these roles will require a commitment of ~30 hours, per location spread across the hockey season.
